Clinton Creek, Yukon

on May 5, 2018Strange how pictures of a place I only truly know of from the name on my birth certificate, bring a sense of belonging. According to my folks Lindsay and Barbra Buck, I was the last person to be born in Clinton Creek, may 6th 1978. Could never find any picture in my mom or dads things. Thank you for the amazing pictures.

on May 3, 2009I wish to have met you...Rae, Bernadette, Judi. Hopefully you knew Pierre Archambault from Montreal; he was there approximately one year, 1975. I could have driven him to the Yukon via my Toyota Corona but stayed behind; so sorry now. If you knew Pierre, he was blond and handsome (ladies loved him)...he may have moved to the town itself...he knew an Indian girl while he was there. Pierre and I met later in Montreal and I stayed with him for 2 years or so...off and on. Please tell me anything you can about the years you spent at Clinton Creek....I would ever so appreciate it! on July 13, 2008Great photos Rae. I was in Clinton Creek from 1973 - 1978 and have just moved and found my Yukon mementoes box that had been in storage for over 15 years,so have been reliving some old memories. Thought I would try Goggle for Clinton and found your photos - really enjoyed them and will mark it, to show friends. Thanks Judi

I was there in 71- 72. I worked in the mill and then shipping and receiving. some of the people I remember were Paul Mitchell, Roxanne in the post office, Peter takk, Cliff, Gord, ...Our foreman used to say " holy cow " all the time. A great time in my life.
